Because our products are individually personalized, the preparation process begins several days in advance, specifically tailored to each order. Our floral cupcakes/cakes are baked upon receiving your order. Unfortunately, due to these preparations and to prevent unnecessary waste, we are unable to accommodate re-scheduling with less than 2 days notice.

Yes, we do give NHS staff a 10% discount. Please send a picture of your ID to info@melting-memories.com & we will then email this over to you once verified. The code will then be available to be used at any time.

No, Unfortunately our products are very delicate and cannot be shipped by courier, we have our own dedicated delivery driver.

Yes! You have the flexibility to choose your preferred delivery date. When you reach the checkout page, a calendar will display the dates that are open for selection.

Yes, you will need to be home to receive your order. Please ensure you will be home on the delivery day you’ve selected.
